Country Livin Farmers!

It's time for the June challenge for The FarmQuest General Store Challenge Blog!

The theme is always outside, country, and any time of year. There are always 3 images sponsored by QKR Stampede that can be a random prize if you submit your country inspired card!

In this month's post I have two cards to share. The first uses QKR Stampede image "Mr. Builder Bunny" hard at work building and it is surely time for him to relax with Father's Day this month!
I colored the scene with various alcohol markers.  Added some blue sky with some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide, Used an old wood block wild flower stamp from Great Impression, an old birdhouse stamp, some plaid paper, rick rack and Peekaboo Peach cardstock from Stampin Up for the base.

For the second card, I used an old stamp that I have affectionately named
 "Mr. Farmer Bear".
He is watercolored ready to start working in his garden! Added some sunflower ephemera with  some watercolor shimmer and gel pen accents. I also added  some braided twine, a hello die cut, yellow gems and gingham background paper.  The cardstock are Stampin Up colors Old Olive and Early Espresso.  He is ready for that Country Livin!  I also have a video of how I watercolored him.
